ORDER PROCESSING DAYS:

Orders are processed daily, Monday - Friday.
Orders received after 11 am will be processed the next working day. 

This does not apply for bulk order, during sale period or sudden surge of orders as more time is required to brew, pack and fulfil orders.

SHIPPING:

A flat rate for delivery within Singapore Rates will be reflected at check out. For international order, please contact us to enquire on international delivery rates.

SELF COLLECTION:

We offer self-collection on weekdays after 12 noon. Do wait for confirmation SMS before arranging your collection time. You can chat with us for more information.

RETURNS:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we would love to hear about your experience with BYMD products and resolve any issues that you may face.
